What is Kanban?

Kanban is a popular manufacturing method adopted by IT teams in recent years. It consists of a visual board where tasks (represented through cards) go through different stages (represented through columns) until they are finished. The Kanban method aims to help maximize efficiency, visualize work, and encourage continuous improvement.
