What is Sprint Planning?

A sprint is a short cycle, usually, 14 days when the scrum team works together to complete a previously agreed-upon amount of work. Sprints are the backbone of the Scrum methodology and have consistent durations throughout the course of the project. At the end of each sprint, the team produces a useable, done increment of product that can be released to the clients.
